Ste si tu vymieňali poznatky a skúsenosti z toho, ako vám volali slovenskí policajti rozprávajúci po anglicky s indickým prízvukom, stláčali ste jednotku a úspešne ste riešili dopravné nehody a podobné veci. A ja nič. Keď mi aj zazvonilo nejaké neznáme číslo, o ktorom si telefón myslel, že to môže byť scam, mal som práve a ušiach slúchadlá a lopatoval míting, takže nič. A keď som aj, plný nádeje, zavolal naspať, tak to mi len nejaký Ján Bottyán, 2022 Edition, ponúkal bambusové ponožky.
Môj emerický kamarát sem raz privliekol svojho kamoša. Vek okolo 70, údržbár, bojoval vo Vietname, taký amatérsky bullshitter. Strašne sa chcel kamarátiť, myslel si, že tu z neho padneme na riť a že sa bude prehŕňať v nadržaných dvadsaťročných Slovenkách. Po troch mesiacoch s plným vreckom išiel naspať a bolo. Medzitým o.i. objavil Facebook a ako správy adidas, teda dôchodca, si vytvoril najprv jeden, potom druhý a napokon aj tretí profil. Okej, accept, unfollow a who cares. Keď občas napísal niečo nekoherentné, stačilo sa poďakovať za jeho blessings pre mňa a moju family, dať obligátny lajk na to, ako veľmi rád by sa na Slovakiu opäť vrátil a bolo. Nepočul som o ňom pár rokov.
Pred pár dňami ma požiadal o priateľstvo zase. Zase nový nick, zase tá istá fotka. Zíív. Včera mi cez messenger (áno, áno, ja viem) napísal, že ako sa mám. Reku ok. Dnes napísal zase. Pointa – po tretej správe mi bolo jasné, že je to nejaký scammer. Tak OK, budeme sa chvíľku hrať, hlavne, že to poslúži dobrej veci. Prepis rozhovoru pridávam dole – nie je to nejak extra vtipné, tak to pokojne preskočte. V čase písania tohto článku sme to však ukončili cliffhangerom, sám som zvedavý, aký bude ďalší spád. Mimochodom, v prvej tretine rozhovoru, keď som sa uistil, že je tam a má na mňa čas, som mu zavolal cez videohovor – veľmi oceňujem premyslenú a vopred pripravenú odpoveď, ktorá došla po pár sekundách, počas ktorých nemal šancu ju napísať.
A tak som si zavolal menovca, posadil ho vedľa seba a vysvetlil mu, že mi píše nejaký ujo (alebo teta, ale budeme genderovo nevyvážení a myslíme si, že ujo) a tvári sa, ako Kenny, ktorého poznám. Ale nie je to Kenny. A je to scammer, teda klamár, zlý ujo. A chce odo mňa, aby som niečo urobil. A ak to urobím, tak ma zrejme okradne o peniaze. A že internet je fajn vec, vieme na ňom nájsť veľa vecí, podobne ako v knižkách, len internet je akoby všetky knihy dokopy. Ale zároveň sú tam aj kadejakí ľudia, pričom niektorým viemečo. Teda, niektorí nie sú dobrí. Ba že sú priam zlí. A že teda menovec ešte vlastný telefón nemá, ale až ho raz bude mať, tak musí počítať s tým, že aj jemu môže napísať niekto zlý. A že keď sa mu niečo nebude zdať, tak má čo? Áno, odpovedal správne, zavolať mamku alebo mňa.

Najprv bol prekvapený, potom sa na zlom ujovi scammerovi začal smiať a začal ma pobádať, nech mu pošlem hovienkové smajlíky. Neposlal som, len také verbálne. Nie, nemyslím si, že som zažehnal všetko nebezpečenstvo do budúcnosti. Len dúfam, že keď občas zo srandy spomenieme „toho scammera“ a pobavíme sa na jeho účet, trošku sa to uleží v tom malom podvedomí a intuitívne sa na nás obráti, ak by ho kontaktoval niekto so zlými úmyslami. A prípadne mu pošle nejaké tie plne zaslúžené hovienka.
